This 2-pack includes the F-80c Shooting Star, considered the most successful of the first generation jet fighters, and its predecessor, the F-94c Starfire. The F-80 was introduced during the last few month of World War II but went on to prove itself in the Korean War. The F-94c was developed from the two-seated version of the F-80 and was designed to defend against the next generation of Soviet bombers. The new lidded box displays vintage art from the original 1950s releases. Collectors will want a copy just to display. Included inside are bonus decal sheets, enabling the modeler to choose from several authentic variations.
